Sources / editorial standard
Evidence should clarify—not perform.
This page separates independent reporting, official records, company sources, platform listings, and self-published profiles so visitors can judge each source on its proper terms.
Method
What the record is—and is not.
Sources are included only when they support a specific public fact. Company pages and owned profiles establish current self-description; they are not presented as independent validation. Official records establish only what the issuing body actually recorded. Media coverage is labeled separately.
Academy attendance and student-athlete status are checked against a public Navy Athletics record. Degree, major, commissioning, and specific Navy qualifications are presented as Yoshi’s first-person account unless a named official source is placed beside the claim. Private service material is not published, and the site does not add rank, service dates, awards, or identifiers unless the specific fact can be checked directly.
The San Antonio chapter follows the same rule. An executed mall renewal establishes a continuing store; closing and deed records establish a house acquisition; and a City receipt establishes an STR application. None of those records turns a plan into an operating claim. Residential addresses, financing, signatures, permit identifiers, and private agreement terms remain off the site.
Current Airbnb pages are treated as time-sensitive customer sources. A reachable page establishes what a visitor could open on the stated check date; it does not guarantee a future calendar, price, fee, rule, rating, reservation, or uninterrupted operation. Past listings whose direct pages now return 404 remain labeled as archive material without dead booking links.
The same rule applies to the personal account on The truth behind the rumors. The public Iowa final order, official Virginia case information, independent reporting, and municipal minutes are linked where durable sources exist. A private filed Hampton complaint and additional supporting files were also reviewed for procedural context; they are not embedded because they contain contact details or other material unnecessary to the public explanation.
